Installation & Guides

General Installation Steps

  1. Surface Prep: Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface, remove all dust, oil, and contaminants.
  2. Film Cutting: Precut the film to fit the vehicle/glass, leave 5-10mm overlap for trimming.
  3. Application: Use a wet application method (soapy water solution) to position the film, then squeegee out all air bubbles and water.
  4. Trimming & Finishing: Trim excess film, seal edges, and remove any residue.
  5. Curing: Allow 24-72 hours for full adhesion (avoid car washes/extreme temperatures during this period).

Key Installation Notes

  • Work in a dust-free, temperature-controlled environment (18-25°C / 65-77°F).
  • Use professional tools (squeegee, heat gun, cutting knife) to avoid damage.
  • Do not stretch the film excessively to prevent warping or discoloration.
  • Follow product-specific warranty guidelines for installation and care.

Vehicle Wraps

Installation Tips
  • Use a heat gun to activate the film's adhesive for complex curves and contours.
  • Post-heat all edges and stretched areas to ensure long-term adhesion.
Care Notes
  • Avoid high-pressure car washes for 7 days post-installation.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or wax on the film.

PPF (Paint Protection)

Installation Tips
  • Use a lubricated application to prevent scratches during positioning.
  • Ensure 100% water removal to avoid bubbling or delamination.
Care Notes
  • Self-healing properties activate with warm water or sunlight.
  • Avoid parking under trees/extreme heat for 48 hours post-install.

Window Tints

Installation Tips
  • Clean glass with a lint-free solution to avoid trapped dust.
  • Squeegee from center to edges to eliminate all moisture.
Care Notes
  • Do not roll down windows for 3-5 days post-installation.
  • Avoid ammonia-based cleaners to prevent film damage.

Film Maintenance Guide

General Maintenance Steps

  1. Wait for Full Curing Allow 72 hours for complete adhesion after installation. Avoid car washes, high pressure, and extreme temperatures during this period.
  2. Regular Gentle Cleaning Wash the film weekly with a pH-neutral, non-abrasive car soap and a soft microfiber cloth. Use low-pressure water to rinse.
  3. Immediate Stain Removal Remove bird droppings, tree sap, road salt, and chemicals within 24 hours to prevent permanent discoloration or damage.
  4. Proper Drying Dry the film with a clean, lint-free microfiber towel after washing to avoid water spots.
  5. Scheduled Inspections Check edges, corners, and high-wear areas monthly. Re-seal or re-apply if lifting occurs to prevent delamination.

General Precautions (All Films)

  • Never use abrasive cleaners, waxes, polishes, or ammonia-based products.
  • Avoid high-pressure car washes (especially touchless washes with strong chemicals) for the first 30 days, and limit to gentle washes long-term.
  • Do not park under trees, direct sunlight for extended periods, or near chemical sources (e.g., gas stations, industrial areas).
  • Use a paint sealant specifically designed for automotive films to add an extra layer of protection.
  • Store vehicles in garages or covered parking when not in use.

Vehicle Wraps

  • Post-heat edges and stretched areas every 6 months to maintain adhesion.
  • For matte wraps: Use only matte-specific cleaners to avoid glossing the surface.
Precautions
  • Do not use steam cleaners or high heat on the wrap.
  • Avoid scraping ice/snow directly on the wrap; use a plastic scraper with gentle pressure.
  • Remove road grime and salt immediately in winter to prevent fading.

PPF (Paint Protection)

  • Activate self-healing properties by pouring warm water (40-50°C) over minor scratches, or expose to direct sunlight.
  • Apply a PPF-specific ceramic coating every 12 months to boost anti-yellowing and hydrophobic performance.
Precautions
  • Do not use abrasive compounds or buffing machines on the film.
  • Avoid parking under trees to prevent sap and bird droppings from etching the surface.
  • For matte PPF: Use only matte-specific maintenance products.

Window Tints

  • Clean tinted windows with a lint-free, ammonia-free glass cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Wipe in a single direction to avoid streaks and damage to the film's coating.
Precautions
  • Do not roll down windows for 3-5 days after installation.
  • Do not use razor blades or scrapers on the tint to remove stickers or debris.
  • Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, which will degrade the film's adhesive and cause bubbling.
